scans_dailySo through-out the current Punisher Max arc we've had this even more terrifying version of Bullseye who kills innocent families just so he try and get a better glimpse inside of Frank's head. For most of the arc the closest thing Bullseye's shown to a humanizing trait is his obvious Man-crush on Frank.
Then in issue #9 we get this confrontation between Vanessa Fisk and Bullseye.
