To be REALLY fair, Boomerang gad accepted a contract killing assignment on Tim's Dad, and was hunting him around the Drake apartment. He loses all rights and sympathy by that point.

Okay give you that, but as a super villain it's what you do. And I am, by no means attempting to excuse digger for murdering jack Drake, which I found left a poor taste in my mouth. (For both character's demises)

Though I just chalk it up to the insanity of idenity crisis....Plus inconsistancy in the art canon wise (Picked up rogue war, had an apperance of old digger, perfectly fit...)
