Perhaps but 1) we are dealing with a protegee of the Bat-God who always carried around a Kryptonite ring just in case and 2) the contest is more about "attitude" than just strength and in that case Cass has it all over Supergirl. That's why Batwoman beat the (magically) stronger Mera.

That's my Kara forever though, no belly shirt for starters. The El family should be sweet, and a little innocent with respect to the ways of the big city (no ass-kickers at the Fortress). As always, not necessarily the way it is, just my opinion about the way it should be. Thanks for nothing, Krypto! XD

which i think was out of character for kara, i mean concidering her background. she was trained by Batman, Superman, and Wonderwoman. She SHOULD have been able to put up a better fight.

i think that fight was handled totally wrong, it made both characters look bad. It made Kara look incompitent (it was her magic crystals that saved her) and made Cassandra look sloppy.

that fight could have been handled much better to make both characters look good.

people always forget that Kara was trained by all three. i really wish they would use that more often

Well that was not a good time in the Supergirl title (or a good time for Supergirl readers) as DC was having Kara go through an obnoxious "bad girl" period (where many readers actively disliked her). And I'm pretty sure outside of Teen Titans and the Deathstroke retcon, this was the only non-Robin title to use Evil Cass so I don't have pleasant memories of it to begin with. It was just badly done all around, especially the writing.

yeah thats why I am glad some one is writing her that GETS her. she is still angsty, and insecure, but i mean, she's a teenager. but she is not Emo-girl.

was a little annoyed with her punching out Dr. Light... i get why she did it... buti don't think she had to punch her... maybe just suck in the air around her or something, but she's a teen, they are not known for thinking clearly.

What would be funny! as punishment, Clark Makes her Kimiko's lab assistant! Hilarity insues!

I always really dislike "normal" (although they aren't really normal, they're far superhuman) characters who can do such ridicilious stuff. At least Iron Fist can say "Hey, Magic Dragon Blood!" It's one of the things that really, really annoys me.

I gotta say, I never understood how a ring made of Kryptonite is supposed to be a viable defense against Superman or Supergirl, considering they don't even have to be within 100 feet of anyone to lay down the hurt.

Sorry Kara, but Batgirl's run was pretty good throughout, while you spent the first year of your existence as a total Mary-Sue/ masturbation aid with no clear characterization, and were constantly shuffled through writers that clearly had no idea what the hell to do with you.
