Today's match-up is between two women who have ability to see all. You can vote here Voting is open until 8pm EST. Remember this is all about attitude and the whole package of kickassery.

In this corner, a woman who sees all and would love to control it too. A woman who uses a computer the way a ninja uses nunchucks. A woman who kicks ass in pure bravado and occasionally with the use of Escrima sticks

Oracle

And in the other corner a woman who has to overcome a devil of a father. A woman who feels the pain of others but holds her emotions in check. A woman who has a Titanic amount of kick assery

(Horribly belated response is horribly belated.)

Thanks for this, btw.

You don't write Green Arrow stories about how fast he runs. You don't write Batman stories about what he does with his magic ring. It's not a question IF a person in a wheelchair can be a hero, it's a question of HOW they function as a hero.

I agree that Babs-related books have generally forgotten what her talent/skills are that put the "super" in her claim to being a superhero. A photographic memory, expert at computer and information sciences, and a great detective to boot, the plots should be stemming from that, and having field agents doing field work as the need arises. She's not the best physical fighter, and she's not the best at running a team.

I feel like at this point I'm just growing tired of the Birds dynamic in general. Personally, I'd love to see her spend more time on the *actual* Internet, dealing with crime on it as well as general online culture, instead of these crazy cyberpunk RPG things like we saw in Oracle: The Cure and may now see in Batman, Inc.
