Didn't we just see Logan and Frankencastle deal with this back in their fight against Bloodstone-enhanced Daken?

I think Generation Hope was timed horribly. I give it 5 issues before it gets canned, unless Marvel is so determined to push it (like with the Cable series), they just keep churning it out. But I don't see any real interest in it. I really don't see how anyone is supposed to be excited about five new characters, when far more interesting characters have been shoved into the background for years in favor of Emperor Cyclops and his arm baggage girlfriend.

i actually like the way they have developed Cyclops and Emma, and i know i am not the only one...

that said, i do agree on the whole background character thing.

i personally could go for more Pixie, Northstar, Anole, also what happend to Hepzibah? and could we have teh X-Jammers back home? also Finally bring Jean back!

In all fairness, I LIKE Emma, I'm just sick of her. I like Pixie too, but I'd be tired of her if almost all of the major plotlines seemed to be all Pixie, all the time. Even Astonishing is now narrowing its cast down to feature Scott, Emma, Wolverine and Armor. ENOUGH already. Branch out!

And seriously, it's time to bring Jean and the X-Jammers back. It's hard for me to care about Hope and her group when there are far more established characters that have been out of the comics for quite a long time.
