It is a comic. It is the most recent strip. So, yes.

And even if that wasn't the case it was also unsourced and the pre-cut image was oversized.

When we're dealing with a longtime persistent fouler, getting the poster to stop bending and ignoring the rules for once may take a bit of precedence over appearing to be "kind and understanding".
Your comment here is ridiculous, what are you even trying to accomplish with this?

Look, I'm not deliberately trying to sabotage or bend the rules. In this case, I honestly had no idea that a daily newspaper comic strip was subject to the same rules as an actual comicbook, but when I was informed, I changed it.

I might be more sympathetic if stuff like this didn't come up so often. Sometimes erring on the side of caution is the safe bet.
