There's some overlap between the football scenes you posted and an earlier post - also, I love the SCIENCE HIGH FIVE.

So is there some reason Clark Kent, Science Supergenius didn't just go to Harvard?

I like the clothing Clark is sporting, specifically the hoodie..what?..I just like hoodies.

Kinda weird to see Clark as so explicitly on the short side. Isn't he usually about six foot five or thereabouts?

Clarks reminding me a bit too much of Emo Petey from Spiderman 3.

For as far back as I can remember, I would get a thrill of excitement every time I saw this symbol.

Ugh, I wish Straczynski would go away. One disappointment after another.

I'm starting to see what Straczynski is going for.

He wants a Clark Kent to whom Bruce Wayne would say, "Lighten up, ya emo!"

Not really seeing where Clark is acting "emo". He's confidently approaching a variety of business opportunities that he knows he's good at and can take care of him and his mom forever. If he's also a little conflicted because he knows his dad would have preferred him do something else, that's hardly emo.

ENTHALPY CHANGE DOESN'T WORK LIKE THAT

YOU DIVIDE ENERGY CHANGE BY AMOUNT OF SUBSTANCE REACTED/FORMED SO YOU ONLY NEED THE LAST TWO LINES OF THAT EQUATION

Sorry, A-level Chem student here. =P

I kinda like the idea of Clark Kent being someone who COULD have been an incredible success in any one of a number of fields due to his intrinsic abilities, but chose instead to be a moderate success and help people. I can see why others wouldn't, but...

Copying and pasting the same panel five times with minimal changes is not a fucking layout.

The art's really getting in the way here. Clark looks like a complete drip, way beyond playing the mild-mannered part, and the size difference between him and the guys that he hammers at the tryouts makes me wonder why the coach wasn't more suspicious of how someone with so much less apparent mass than the linebackers that he steamrollers over could pull that off. (If he's supermassive, then what happens when he weighs in?) The equation thing is a little more probably, but is just Good Will Hunting adapted to superheroics. Really, the most interesting thing about this is the Neodyne exec's facial hair; he went out of the house with that on his face?
