Spider-Man question: Queens?

I have a question about "Spider-Man lore." When was it first established that Peter Parker lived and attended high school in Forest Hills, Queens? AMAZING FANTASY #15 or later?

I don't recall the exact BRAND NEW DAY issue this is from, but it was written by Joe Kelly and drawn by Chris Bachalo.

I know the Queens thing was established later than Amazing Fantasy #15, but I don't recall exactly when. Part of my brain wants to say late 60s/early 70s.

After a very quick skim, the first references I can find to Peter living in Forest Hills are #10 (Peter goes to the "Forest Hills hospital" to visit Aunt May) and Annual #1 (Peter's walking on a street in Forest Hills when his spider-sense goes off). Both issues came out in 1964 (AF #15 was August 1962 and ASM #1 was March 1963).

I've always loved how in those early issues despite living in fucking New York City, Peter would just bump into people constantly. The best bit being him going to the museum and Flash being there for the sole purpose of ripping on him for being at a museum.

Flash was such a dick.
