Because Morrison, apparently, can't believe that anything anyone else writes after the Silver Age can possibly be good, and therefore he doesn't give a damn what anyone else wants to do with the characters.

I don't think they're doing that. I see two options:

1. This is something to do with Internet 3.0 as Bruce mentions, and Oracle is going to police that with that identity.
2. She is going to be out physically, but that vehicle design next to the suit design is a combo wheelchair/motorcycle.

And once again Morrison pretends Cassandra doesn't exist. Stephanie is "in" solely because she's Batgirl now (on his orders) but his adopted daughter is never to be seen or mentioned. I know Fabien is going to use her and I know Gail is going to use her, but we really need a Bruce/Cass reunion and I can't see that coming from either Morrison or Finch (who will be writing the Bruce/Bat books).

Not quite sure about the art. Everybody seem to have these small round faces - Bruce, Dick, Babs.

Well, I don't approve of Steph's move to England, but I'm assuming it's temporary. I mean, Tim moved out of Gotham in his series, and he made his way back pretty quickly.
While it's good that Bruce is at least TRYING to mellow out a bit, he's... well, he's failing.
