Nah, he's just messing with you, and I didn't mean it in the sense of a meta-human power. In the "Knight and Squire" mini #1 she explains that she's been to a LOT of schools over her lifetime, both posh and common, and picked up the ability to speak to people on their own level. So she sort of translates Knights very upper class outlook to ordinary folk, and vice versa.

I have read all of her modern appearences bar the most recent Knight and Squire, and I have seen her "magical armour" mentioned anywhere previously.
