It takes a long time to get to a rather random punchline. If we'd read the issue would we have known it was Zatara before this point.

I also don't really get the monkey or thumbs up to the PZ criminal moments.

I think they're referring to Beppo.

I think I get it. IF you see Zach, you'll see that with the short black hair and his features, he pretty much looks like Kon. In mini form, he looks EXACTLY like Kon, so...

Now, if I were Superboy, I would have stuck around for a little bit longer. Tea party or not, mistaken identity or not - dude, look at all the stuff you're missing! Candy and cookies and doughnuts! I mean, unless the guy's got an AVERSION to sweet things, you'd think he would have at least stuffed a few of them in his pockets before leaving.
