Deadpool is looting the ruins of Asgard on behalf some millionaire.
A funny shout-out.
Another looter stumbles upon a Asgardian locket containing an evil spirit. Wade trips a Stark Security Sensor-tm- and summons a very pissed-off former-resident.
Thor says Deadpool reminds him of another trickster.
Yes Wade, you said that out loud.
The spirit-possessed looter comes rampaging by and it's to battle!
Ha.
Also, the cover is Wade trying in vain to lift Thor's Hammer and it's inscription has been changed to, "Whoever pulls this hammer, if he be weak, shall be mocked by the laughter of Thor."
