Having her relocate to the UK is really going to suck a lot of fun out of the book, in my opinion.

No more interactions with Oracle, not now Proxy (crap name, btw) is her handler. No more being told off by Dick for screwing up, or being praised reluctantly when she does something good. No more bickering with Damian. And no more team ups with Tim.

Yeah, pretty sucky. Not sure whether it's Bryan Q Miller's idea or whether the creative geniuses of DC editorial just want her out of the way, but either way, crappy idea.

Actually I take it as putting the most "fun" members of the extended Bat-family in one place, as Knight and Squire are in London and so far their tone is far more in line with Batgirl's bouncy tone.

I'm so-so on it, part of me is somewhat offended for some reason. It kinda feels like everything Bryan Q Miller has built up has kind of been pulled out from under him, but we'll see how he handles it I guess.
