From Noto's art? Not in the slightest I'm afraid, Noto's is much smoother and less.. granular (for wont of a better term)

From March's art? Yes, I can see a similarity on Kon there.

Ah, I can't believe I made such a stupid mistake... I mean Pier Gallo's art (the guy who's drawing the pages, not the cover.) being similar to Quietly.

Though now I can kinda see a small similarity with March...
