Nah. Scott's pretty cool, and has done a lot to deserve Barda's love and respect. The luckiest man in the universe has got to be, like, Guy Gardner, or Tom Tresser, or somebody, who bagged an amazing woman by being an unlikable douche. (Speaking of, can we get Ice an indigo ring already?)

Scott and Barda make me happy. They're both marvelous characters in their own right, so nobody is merely "the love interest". It's the love of two characters who are great apart and especially great together.

That's why I love writing them. Although I'd say that there is some discrepancy. Barda can be fun all on her own, whereas Mr. Miracle on his own is... Shilo Norman. Blech.
