Has anyone here actually witnessed or experienced the whole 'can't stop talking about breasts/some other feature' thing? I just can't help wondering if it's something that actually happens to people, or just something invented by humorists. I mean, I've been tongue-tied in front of beautiful women before, but it was more a 'brain goes numb, tongue flaps' sort of thing than 'my vocabulary has been replaced by the word 'breasts'.' (Of course, breasts have never exactly been my thing, so that might explain it.)

It's easier to imagine as a Freudian Slip type thing, such as saying to a bartender, "I bet the tits are good" when they mean to say tips.

Yeah, I'm sure THAT happens all the time - the question is whether anyone gets caught in that rut and can't get out of it.
