Can Gail really do a story about every person whose life Oracle has ever touched and NOT have Cass in it? Not to belabor a point but Cass vs. Hank Hall in terms of importance to a storyline called "Death of Oracle" is no contest. I thought she might be have been the "fan favorite" too but Cass has been in Birds of Prey before, no? Unless DC isn't counting that.

In Secret Six a member is leaving. Catman and deadshot are least likely due to being b-listers through and through (no one would know what to do). And Bane and Scandel are on a cover for march's solicts. As for jeanette and alice, alice is more likely due to her unpopularity as a sixer

I hope it's NOT Black Alice as I just can't ever warm to such an intrinsically selfish character, someone who keeps not mimicking but STEALING powers from people who are likely to be using them themselves, and usually for a better purpose than Alice does.

Yay for Steph being center stage in the Birds cover. Boo for the Oracle mask having a pouty feminine lip, I think there should be no hint at Oracle's gender. I'd also like to see a difference between lithe Dick and buff Bruce.

I was thinking those looked kind of like Tim's lips, myself, and... okay, so that pretty much is just further evidence for your point, isn't it?

Also: I agree that we should see a distinct difference in body type between Dick and Bruce in their Batman uniforms, especially when they are on the same cover. Whatever happened to the lithe, oddly curvaceous, and gratuitous-butt-shot-giving Dick!Batman from the issue of Teen Titans where he made the team be Damien's babysitters so he and Alfred could have a day off?

TBH, having just re-read BoP #7, I'm not sure that is Babs on the cover. That's the dress worn by the new bad girl, Mortis. She's also a red head.

Now THAT is the kind of cheesecake art I can appreciate. The only real issue I have is that Helena and Dinah both have far too delicate and 'pretty' facial features but that's a persona preference and not in any way a criticism.

Also, Helena is in her stupid belly window costume, which is bad. On the other hand, Dinah has her awesome longcoat, which is good and awesome. So that balances out a bit.

My only problem with Stanley Lau is that I always think his work is by Mike Choi until proven otherwise. Which is good, I suppose, since Mike Choi is awesome.
