Or just have the debriefing outside of Max's range of influence. On another planet, for instance, or in another time period, or in the Phantom Zone or something. The Generation Lost folks are more than capable of pulling that off.

I mean, unless Max's powers now extend to the far corners of spacetime, which...I dunno, maybe they're supposed to.
