Stuff like this makes me realize how important Sterling Gates was, not only to Supergirl the character, but to the entire Super-family.
I bawling thinking about him missing already.
Does anybody think that Spencer will make a good replacement?

There is something so satisfying about seeing Lois give her sister that verbal smackdown as well as damning her late father. He deserves no sympathy for his part in that slaughter that was so bad that I rooted more for Zod. As for Lucy..shit at least someone is alive to pay for it. Gen. Lane took such a cheap way out and suffered no consequence and I hated it.

Yikes-a-Rooney, Lois. Aren't we forgetting what holiday period this is? Surely 'I love the person you were, you're obviously mentally unwell, so I'll try to forgive you because you're family, and because with time, you could be that person again' is a better argument than 'You disgust me because you've gone crazy'.

Yes, I'm boiling it down a bit, but Lois' attitude is still a bit harsh to me. She's married to Superman, fer crissakes! If he could give someone like Luthor another chance, why can't she at least attempt to make peace with her sister?

(Also: a small minority of people would ever get this, but I'm glad to see that Gates & Igle remember how hopelessly bad at everything Dr. Light is. Feel the burn, Herald!)
