There's room for more than one member of the family to take the stage in this issue. Four pages under the cut.

Ten-cent recap: Namor set up the treaty-meeting as an excuse to kill the other Atlanteans because of an oral tradition passed down in the royal family that indicated they were going to try to take over everything, and use Susan as a sacrifice.

I will love Sue's expression there for all my days.

(In observance of my icon) I shall call this incident... "When an Undersea Ruler was Laid Low By That Which He Cannot Have!"
Outrageous!

I love that little eyeroll at the end.

"You are magnificent."

"Oh criminy here he goes."

Perhaps his "little fish" is "less outrageous"?

I loved that eyeroll too. You get the impression that Sue knows Namor far, far too well by this point.

I think that Susan probably found Namor's infatuation with her charming at first, but after years of him trying to convince her to leave Reed and come to Atlantis, and picking fights with her family, I think Susan is just fed up with him.

Its like with everyone else, Namor is this badass jerkass king, but Susan just see's him as a creepy stalker.

Also, forcefield mail armor FTW.
