As one chapter closes, a new epic begins with our hero settling not among the gods on Olympus, but in Brooklyn, where he will continue battling the forces of evil on a whole new level.

Date: 2011-01-27 12:05 am (UTC)Northstar awoke with hell of a hangover. Herc's Olympian Mead packs such a punch that even his super fast metabolism can't shrug it off. He found himself entwined naked around Hercules, along with a pair of airline stewardesses from France, a well known young Hollywood actor, and a perturbed llama looking down at him. He had no recollection of the evenings events, and all things considered he didn't want to. He sped out of the hotel room, and pretended he was never there.
Only problem is Herc remembered everything and thought of it as truly epic evening worthy of comment. Too bad the young Hollywood actor's lawyers (who also represented the alternative religious group he belonged to) didn't see it that way and threatened severe legal action if one word of these events ever surfaced.
So there's a very good reason Northstar does not talk about this.

Date: 2011-01-27 12:11 am (UTC)But stealing mystical weapons from Ares' armory sounds interesting. Llooks like he's got a Medusa shield, a sword, and a little shoulder lion, as well as some stuff in the pouches.
Hopefully this book is as fun as Incredible Hercules was, sound effects included.
