Normally I have not been a huge fan of Batman and Robin, but I just had to post this. Damian makes some rude quips about a suicide jumper, calling him Mr. Potato Head so Gordon...

I'll give it a shot: He has to be a cock because one of the major appeals of the character is that he gets to behave like that. It's cool and funny that he's that obnoxious and nobody can stop him and it doesn't have that bad consequences for him.
