And TWO why would they put Ollie in jail for killing a guy that killed numerous people, and was going to cause even MORE destruction?

Not only that, but even though he was found not guilty, the Judge still sentenced him.

By banishing him from Star City.

Which, I'm pretty sure, is both unconstitutional, illegal, and monumentally stupid.

Now we're going to kick your useless ass out despite this city being rubble, and undoubtedly the Police force is in disarray and looting, rape and murder must be pretty darn common - Hell, not only that, but a magic fucking forest just popped up! I thought it was just the citizens of the Marvel Universe that were completely stupid. It's obviously contagious.

she said something about him killing Prometheus alone shows he doesn't want a family with her. The only logical thing I can take from that believes revenge killings are whole family affairs and was upset he did it alone.

I think it may have been focused on him not trusting her, in him not telling her.
