You would think Spidy would have more attention in the first page just walking around. Also I know the webbing is strong and all but did he really have to web him "under" the gargoyle?

Plus I imagine Peter used the adhesive web so for the next hour or so, Franklin could be sitting there in a force nine gale and he'd probably be more reliably attached to the gargoyle than the gargoyle is to the building.

It's Marvel NYC. By the time those folks saw Spidey at the hot dog stand, they've seen She-Hulk get out of a cab. Luke Cage and Iron Fist bopping down the street, Thor flying overhead, Logan sleeping it off on a park bench, Wilson Fisk lunching at a fine restaurant, Jarvis at market.

Real New Yawkers down gap at the supers, that shit is for the tourists.
