It's kind of sad that I'm overjoyed just because Korra looks physically powerful.

It should be a given that a trained warrior who regularly engages in violent physical combat is muscular and well-built. It should be.

But instead the vast majority of fiction portrays amazons as skinny. Ladies who are able to throw big men around, yet look like they have never done a push-up in their life. At least sometimes this is justified because the women in question has got superstrength, but more often than not she is supposed to be a Badass Normal. What gives?

So. I don't know whether Korra will be a good show or not, but now I know that it will at least look good :)

New title?

According to the article, the new series will be titled "The Last Airbender: The Legend of Korra" and not "Avatar; tLoK." Which makes - absolutely no sense, as that title referred to Aang, who is, by the current series, long dead, and there are at least two Airbenders in the world now (technically, counting Korra).

...they aren't trying to tie into the movie, are they? Are they!? That would be so very stupid on so many levels.
