Justice League of America #55 Enter the Saint! Plus Bonus Letter column bit...
Mar. 25th, 2011 11:25 pmAdmittedly I haven't been buying many comics outside of independents so it was a rarity that I bought a few comics this previous week.
I bought the recent GL issue to show some support for Lyssa (that I posted on) and here's some of a certain blue fellow in Justice League.
Crowd: Starman?
No a different blue fellow, thought Starman's there too.
Oh Doomsday...

Seems Robinson will be indeed going into a bit of how Jade's green energy affects Saint Walker differently than a Green Lanterns which seems to be what's going on here.
Admittedly I wonder what'd happen if Walker used his ring to throw Doomsday's hopes into his head? Could he? Wouldn't that pacify a being of pure rage like him? (Though admittedly even with Atrocitus it couldn't fully work)
Now in other news from the issue I've had a letter I sent to DC published though my name was botched a bit. Though it might've been my fault, could've swore I spelled it right, but oh well. It's also my first letter published by Marvel or DC, though I have had a few published in Dynamo 5 which I also appreciated greatly.
Hmm, I do have to wonder who this JLA-er might be.
Who else showed up around Tomorrow Woman's time anyway?
The only ones I could think of are Faith and Zauriel unless they mean any JLA-er from that time like say Steel.
Zauriel might be fun to see again. One would have to wonder how he and Saint Walker might react to one another. Would they be buddies since they're both so heavenly-ish? Would Zauriel consider Walker a false prophet? Would Walker practically worship Zauriel? Possibilities...

Date: 2011-03-26 12:50 pm (UTC)Well, given that Doomsday just wants to destroy stuff, I'd imagine it would be like the end of "For the Man who had Everything".
Or Doomsday would take that hope and try even harder to destroy stuff.
