From the article:
The publisher would disclose no information regarding the character or image other than to say "Fear Itself" will have a "huge impact" on "Black Panther: The Man Without Fear." Currently written by David Liss, the series is illustrated by Francesco Francavilla, who also drew the American Panther character study.
The new look may resemble the profile above.

Not to say it's not a nifty costume, I think it looks pretty cool, I just don't see T'Challa wearing anything in the same vein.

Se was what many people at that time feared -- a powerful woman who didn't need authorization by anyone else. She was the woman that men feared, and she was not bothered by their fear in the least.
Ladies and gentlemen, I fear that we're looking at Marvel's equivalent of the new Wonder Woman. God help us all.
