I kind of noticed both of them have very different dynamics with him.
Steph does pick on him a lot and gets into verbal fights with him kind of like squabbling siblings. Damian is very verbally aggressive towards her but he always plays along with whatever scheme or thing she wants him to do even if he complains a lot and screams bloody murder.
Kara just throws evil glances at him, mutters things about him under her breath, and or ignores him. Damian still says mean things to her like he does everyone but he has also shown that he respects her a bit enough to make pseudo-apologizes and to let her be team leader (might be because of his crush).

I always feel like Jai is being left out and on the way to being Lex Luthor: The Next Generation. Iris and Jai should be like Más & Menos, both be in costumes like their daddy's original Kid Flash, and Bart should be Impulse. Ok, I'm too picky for anything to ever be perfect, I guess.
