Balder and Karnilla: Till Death Do Us Part

Greetings True Believers!

Here is another tale of Balder and Karnilla. This time Karnilla goes too far in her obsessive quest for Balder's affections.

Also, the first appearance of Balder's white hair, Loki and an amusing punishment and one Thor page gloriously out of context.

Decades before the meme, Thor already knew about the connection between his hammer and his manhood. ;)

In Asgard, parties are wild. And Thor pays no attention to the positioning of his hammer.



After a few barrels of mead, Thor will lift the table with no hands. ;)

Loki is being punished for his latest misdeeds (almost starting the apocalypse) and there is a certain Asgardian who is not in a celebratory mood.







One of the main things I like about Balder is that he questioned himself and Asgard.

Later, Karnilla is watching her favorite channel on Wizard's HD.







Karnilla transports Balder and Nanna to NornRealm where they make their way to her castle.





Balder demands to know that Nanna is safe.



But Nanna is an Asgardian and doesn't take this shit on the chin. She armors up and steals Slepnir and rides to stop the wedding.







There will be a long silence and bitterness between B/K because of this.

But they aren't done with each other yet.

I'd forgotten about Sigyn. Has she ever turned up again since those days? There was potential for an interesting dynamic there, with her being so obliviously devoted, but they never did much with it (and I could never figure out why Loki didn't just do away with her if he really hated her that much).
