Well Blackest Night #0 did show their graves and Black Hand was there and if it could bring Ronnie back...

In Blackest Night #0, Black Hand was lurking at Ralph and Sue's graves and appeared to be clutching the skull of either Ralph or Sue with imminent zombification about to occur. So unless it's a daring feint by DC, I assume that they're going to be Black Lanterns.

All these promo images are actually really scary-looking. Aquaman is freakiest, but Firestorm here is giving him a run for his money.
