Volstagg: Warrior, God, Father of Hildy
May. 9th, 2011 02:04 pmFour pages from Thor: Whosoever Wields This Hammer. Most of the book is the reprinting of several old Thor stories with new colors, but it also gives us the framing device of Volstagg being put in charge of his unruly offspring under the threat of no nookie.
And it has Hildy, who as you all know, I adore.

(Hildy's the one under the table)

Sadly, no sign of Kevin and Mick, but we can't have everything.

Date: 2011-05-09 10:10 pm (UTC)Midgard terms? Toughie cuz Asgardians are so long lived. I think they're like Elves. Relatively standard-timed childhoods and they have long adulthoods.
And I have no idea when they start getting elderly. Since the Golden Apples are in the mix, is it a choice? Are Aesir like Thor and Balder different from rank and file Asgardians? Something to ponder.

I hope feeding the kids golden apples was enough...
