Volstagg: Warrior, God, Father of Hildy

Four pages from Thor: Whosoever Wields This Hammer. Most of the book is the reprinting of several old Thor stories with new colors, but it also gives us the framing device of Volstagg being put in charge of his unruly offspring under the threat of no nookie.

And it has Hildy, who as you all know, I adore.

He has, recently; spent a five-issue mini coming into his own (getting his own powered-up form), seeing off Mangog of "billion billion souls" fame, and has an "open invitation" to the Avengers Academy.
