Batgirl #21, in which our heroine goes to a convent

In an abandoned convent, Steph faces the next Reaper, Harmony, who's weapons are sonic. Steph's batarangs can't penetrate the sonic blasts, which means she can't get past them for hand to hand combat, either.

So, what does she do?



Well, since they're in a convent...








Leave it to Steph to keep talking even when she can't be heard. :)

Yeah, the outline is not very clear. But the sound effect should have given it away. On the other hand the bell would not actually sound from hitting the ground. Well it would, but very briefly before being muffled.
