Yeah, back in the SEVENTIES, Logan was really hung-up on Jean...but so was:

..just to name a few. For a long time, Jean was the only female mutant...and EVERY male mutant was secretly in love with her. When Storm arrived, she kind of usurped that role, with almost every male team member (and a good chunk of their villains) being infatuated with her. Jean then became just the object of desire of Scott and Logan.
