Wasn't it just like two or three issues ago that Harley was showing some development away from being the Joker's unquestioning lackey? They had her break into Arkham and actually use her psychology background just so she could go back to being a cheerleader for the Joker's homicidal (and by now totally boring and predictable) rampages?
