While we're at it, does anyone have an opinion on who the least qualified therapist in DC/Vertigo would be - Delirium of the Endless perhaps?

I kind of see Deadpool and Madcap as having so many effective disorders that they collide and create a somewhat functional person that can't exist in normal society but can be pushed to the edges with only a few violent mishaps. Sentry can barely walk out the door of his home without being sent into a fit that can devestate a nation or flying to Mars crying.

I don't think there are qualified therapists in the DC Universe, if there were any they would have helped a young Bruce Wayne deal with his grief in a much healthier way and would not keep trying to rehabilitate the Joker. Not to mention the fact that every named therapist in the universe turns out to be crazy in their own right.

Harley Quinn.

There are others who would be bad (Cheshire, for example, since she is both insane and believes in using poison aversion theory: that is, if she wants you to stop doing something, she poisons you.)

To be fair, research has shown poison aversion therapy to be very effective in preventing problem behaviour.
