The New Mutants summarise their new mission statement of "We clear up the shit other writers left behind/which the X-Men messed up" "Unfinished Business" as they search for Nate "X-Man" Grey... and Doug makes a discovery...






I should add that that IS Victoria Hand in the background and she is her usual charming self (One is almost nostalgic for Gyrich)

So it's gotten better from what I remember it. The last thing I remember seeing posted on it was a rather poor treatment of Pixie and her friends by the cast and a blind devotion to the current Illyana.

Yeah, not the best first issue for that. The Ilyanna arc actually went to some interesting places.

Yeah, it came off like "Oh, you like these characters? Well, to bad, the writer likes the main cast more, so they'll be right regardless of what happened!"

But from the sound of it, they've moved past that.

They actually resolved some looooooong standing plot threads (and by loooooong I mean the 1980's; the fate of the 12 babies from Inferno, the Beatrix Medallion and it's link to Magik)
