Totally agree about your points at the end. It's usually refreshing to see a superhero go on a job that doesn't necessarily involve super villains or countless lives at stake simply cause it's a reminder that the point of being a superhero at the end of the day can be boiled down to: 'help people'.

Reminds me of the DCAU Batman story where Batman spends his night recovering a car crash survivor's lost cat, or the B&W story where he returns a young woman's childhood doll several years after rescuing her from a kidnapping, because both cases demonstrates he understands that making people feel safe and giving them emotional/psychological closure is equal to saving their lives in the first place.
