Date: 2011-06-28 07:56 pm (UTC)Bart wasn't really stereotypically hyperactive (in the sense of being motormouthed) either. Hell he was quiet most of his appearances in YJ and Impulse, and frankly I think most of the other characters got a tinge of fear when he was too quiet, cuz that meant he probably was up to something.
Barts whole thing thing was that he just wasn't "HERE" in the same way most people are. He was usually off in his own world, took everything literally, and wanted to explore the new crazy world around him, at his own horribly fast pace of course.
