For Gene Colan Week, here are is a page from a 10-page Black Widow story in AMAZING ADVENTURES #5 (when she shared the book with the Inhumans). The story was reprinted and recolored in a Marvel Black Widow hardcover a few years ago. In fact, it is the original page and the recolored page that I'd like to compare and contrast.

It could easily be mistaken as an ink spot, but it's also much too defined for that.

Beg to inform you that a nipple in that location is highly unlikely given the position of her upper torso and shape of her breast.

Not, I suppose, impossible. I've not made an intensive survey on the subject.

Sorry, not seeing a nipple there, and if it were a nipple, whilst I appreciate my knowledge of such things is very, very limited, I'm not sure that's where I'd expect to see one, it's too much to one side.
