Yeah, Dracula has been in the Marvel universe for quite a long time, now. He and Storm have quite a bit of...history.

Although, I have to correct you, since it was actually Dracula's SON who turned Jubilee. Can't remember what his name was and I'm too lazy to look it up. Think it started with an X or something. Maybe a Z. Anyway, he had killed his dear old dad and the X-Men brought Drac back to life so he could get revenge on his kid and take over as head vamp again. Because it turned out that as annoying as Dracula could be, his kid was even worse.
