I dunno. Juggernaut this week took on Hardball's team in Nevada in Youth in Revolt, the Thunderbolts in Illinois in the pages of their book, and hit San Francisco in Uncanny X-Men and started battling the X-Men in Fear Itself.

I read "Uncanny" before "Youth in Revolt" this week, and therefore was spoiled as to whether in "Youth in Revolt" they stop the Juggernaut! (hint: nothing can stop the Juggernaut).

It's not Jormungand, and from what I have been able to research on Odin/Wudan the creation myths speak of how Odin and his brothers made the heavens from the SEA.

Didn't the Serpent say something in the first issue how HE was the true Allfather? It's possible that Marvel's flipping the script more on the Norse myths.

Which begs the question. Odin is the youngest of the brothers, but the sole survivor. the other brothers died stealing the Twilight Sword and Eternal Flame from Surtur and passing their might to Odin.

I'm wondering if the Serpent could actually be the (unnamed, as far as I know) former leader of the Vanir, the rival tribe of gods that the AEsir warred with and eventually intermingled with before becoming the dominant group in Norse mythology? They were associated with foresight and prophecy, which would fit the story so far.
