Was it that? I always thought that it was that her only power was that she could make them grow to any size she wanted, instantaneously... but couldn't make them *shrink* again afterwards.

Thus her self-foiling in YJ #1, when she demonstrated her power to the boys... and grew them so big she fell over and couldn't get back up.

(Oh, and the running gag that, throughout all of her appearances, you never actually *saw* her boobs, as they were always hidden behind either scenery, other characters, or speech bubbles...)
