From what I've seen, that was exclusive to Astonishing--she started the Mohawk look shortly after Ellis put her on the team.

I wouldn't say that -- she got the mohawk in UXM in the early 80's. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Storm_%28Marvel_Comics%29#Punk_revival_.281980s.29)

The artist says it was a "bad joke" that got out of hand, but ... I always liked it.

I know that, I meant recently, she brought the look back for an arc of Astonishing that Ellis and Kaare Andrews did.
