Otherwise my reputation would be in tatters!

From DC's solicitations for November!

TEEN TITANS #3
Written by SCOTT LOBDELL / Art and cover by BRETT BOOTH and NORM RAPMUND
On sale NOVEMBER 23

It had to happen! A new Teen Titan shows up without so much as an invitation – and here Red Robin already had his hands full trying to get Bugg from Los Angeles to New York by train! Don’t miss the dazzling debut of The Wall! Meanwhile, Kid Flash is trying desperately to flee the arctic N.O.W.H.E.R.E. prison with a mysterious young woman who is unable to control her own super powers. And Wonder Girl investigates a lead that is going to bring her face to face with a certain halfhuman/half-Kryptonian clone!

THE ALL-NEW BATMAN: THE BRAVE AND THE BOLD #13
Written by SHOLLY FISCH / Art and cover by RICK BURCHETT and DAN DAVIS
On sale NOVEMBER 9
Batman is seriously injured, so it’s up to a whole team of Robins to stop the League of Assassins! How? The Phantom Stranger reaches through space and time to gather everyone who’s ever been “The Boy Wonder,” but will their combined skills be enough?

And if you can't have a Robin... how about his replacement!

TINY TITANS #46
Written by ART BALTAZAR and FRANCO / Art and cover by ART BALTAZAR
On sale NOVEMBER 30
What happens when Robin is called away on a secret mission with Batman? The team will need a replacement! Enter: The Protector! Will he be welcomed with open arms? Or will someone like, say, Talon, have something to say about it? And where does Nightwing fit into all this?

Is there no end to the awesomeness that is BATB?

On the bright side, I can start hoping looking for the complete box set, and one day I will own the entire run in the trade (or all the issues if I have to).

Still more gold with Arthur's ballad. Flicking Ryan from his shoulder was pretty funny, but calling shrinking "sad" is ignoring "talking to fish" in a big way. :D Stupid concentric circles... And worth the price of admission alone is seeing Arthur with Dinah's outfit and hair, but still not losing his own beard. Outrageous! XD In other news, anyone else recognize the arguably original web-slinging wall-crawler, the Tarantula?

Really? When he flicked off Ryan, my first thought was "man, way to be an Aqua-Dick."

Then again, I'm not a big fan of bad things happening to Ryan.

Really. That's the thing about BATB, with tongue firmly in cheek they show a very light-hearted take on every aspect of DC history. I got a JLI kind of feeling from Ryan saying "TA-DA! And now I'll take a bow for my awesome display." So Arthur dismisses him in an undignified manner to show that he's not impressed. The main thing for me is that they have Ryan there. Even though Ray is also around, Ryan is not only alive and well but gets the spotlight.

This is not to invalidate your opinion. If you feel that Booster/Beetle antics are not appropriate given how abhorrently Ryan was treated, I respect that completely.
