ComicBookResources has the preview of issue #8.

What happens when you merge Batman with Tron?

I must say, having spent some time with animation software and modeling, this particular look is harder than it seems to achieve.

I hope this is a worthy end for this version of Batman.

shame I won't see Man-of-Bats and other cool bats like the ones we were introduced to.

So... Oracle is now a free download from Waynetech now? How... embarassing

I'm not even getting ReBoot vibes from this, I'm getting the Questworld sequences from The Real Adventures of Jonny Quest.

I think it was one of the Ezekiel Rage episodes that featured one of my favourite "They got THAT past the censors?" moments.

Race Bannon is greeted by a rival Soviet agent and frequent opposite number, who is a stunnignly beautiful woman (natch). She walks up to him and greets him by slapping him hard across the face and saying something like "THAT was for Vienna!". As he's still rubbing his jaw she then gives him a long and smouldering smooch, as she finshes and turns away Jonny asks (in a slightly stunned voice) "And what was that for", she turns back, smiles and says.. "THAT was for Capetown" and never elaborates further.

hmmm that doesn't seem to be Censor shocking.... more like typical slap slap kiss kiss

I think it was the WAY she said it, it wasn't just a "Thank you" kiss, it was a "That was a FANTASTIC night we had darling" sort of a kiss. Or maybe I was just reading a lot into it. I rather liked TRAoJQ (I never remember them showing any of the earlier JQ series in the UK, and so the only exposure I had to it was a lone VHS compilation I chanced upon, and the Freakazoid spoof Toby Danger

Yeah, I loved the Toby Danger bit...I about dropped my dentures when I first saw it....I wish they'd done one or two more. Of course, The Venture Bros took the JQ ball, ran with it, scored, and started their own entire league! One of those rare instances where an homage/parody becomes something far greater than its inspiration. If you're not a Venture Bros fan, shame on you :)
