So, the reboot is looking pretty bad for the Arrow kids. There's no indication we'll have Mia anytime soon, Connor apparently "ages Ollie up" too much- nevermind that Bruce totally had time for four Robins and a ten-year-old kid and that Connor was born well before Ollie became Green Arrow- and, of course, Lian, who should also have been born before her father's current identity change, also apparently ages Roy up too much. Suffice to say, current plans don't hold much hope for these three.

Of course, plans can be changed.

This may just be a pipe dream, but I’ve been considering trying to get some good fan action going to demand their return- tweeting Krul and co., writing letters to DC, starting a petition, etc.- but it’ll take a fair number of people and some level of coordination to really make ourselves heard.

Turns out, Scans_Daily has a fair number of people and a good platform for coordination.

So, what do you all say to some type of mass effort? If nothing else, just a designated day to spam DC's, Krul’s, and other relevant creator's twitters with #bringbackconnorhawke, #bringbackmiadearden, #bringbacklianharper, #bringbackthearrowkids or some similar message would catch a few eyes, but even that requires getting people together and semi-organized.

Any ideas? Anyone with petition experience would be especially great.

I'd asked mad and schmevil if they could ask about Mia at one of the FanExpo panels. DC's response to whether she'd be in the new DCU was "maybe." (They then said Steph is now Spoiler, Cass exists and Booster Gold is Canadian).

I'm hopeful about Mia. She's appeared in Smallville (...although as a brunette...); when Winick revealed her HIV positive status, it made mainstream media news, as well as she represents people who get very little representation; and with Artemis being in Young Justice, people who want to read about (another) blonde lady archer in DC can read about Mia. She's also pretty popular.

Lian, on the other hand, suddenly doesn't exist (WTF) and Connor, I don't know? I haven't heard anything official. I really hope they don't get rid of Connor, too, but I'm less hopeful about him than I am about Mia. :(

But I will tweet to DC_Nation and J.T. Krul about the Arrowfam :)

Oh and there was also another scene from when Connor and Roy are hanging out. I remember Connor not refuting ideas that he's gay. Does anyone recall that page?

He also seemed totally indifferent to the strippers in the place Roy brought him to.

Fun fact? He was originally intended to be gay, though, until DC chickened out. Still is in my head canon.

What...for real?! Why the change? Is there any real reason behind such move or is it just part of Didio&Lee's masterplan to fully feature a more varied cast of characters (in such silly ways)
