Oh, well, as long as we're being honest then, I think there should be a limit on how often you promote your own tumblr on scans-daily. That has also "been getting on my nerves for the longest time".

I appreciate your opinion, but they don't "get on my nerves" at all. I don't remember there being many (four?) and the first was a few weeks (?) ago. They seem to me to be cross-postings of really in-depth topics of direct relevance to fans of the comic book medium, and the legality scans have tied in nicely. I wouldn't mind seeing one now and then.

I would like to note that while that image annoys me, I did not agree thar the poster should stop using it. It's his right to do so.

I don't understand why it's necessary at all. If people enjoy your posts then they will automatically like and/or reblog. Pressuring or pleading users to promote your material isn't likely to get better results (and may actually have an adverse effect).

sorry again. it was meant to be humorous.... or flippant... i can't find the right word, it wasn't supposed to be me "actually begging" i know if people want to like or reblog they will. (though i will continue to encourage people to comment as i kinda want to try and get a dialogue going as far as my updates about my graphic novel class- sort of an extension of my class, also i JUST figured out how to use Disqus, damn thats complicated....)

i thought it was "cute" but now i see how it can be annoying (especially doing it alot would deminish any cute factor it might have originally had)

anyways, this long widned explaination is just me saying, i will stop "begging"

Please, don't take it personally, cuz I like you, but its not something I generally want to see on public forums like this. When you're on tumblr its normal to ask for reblogs, but elsewhere on the internet, in places where its not common like here it seems out of place in my opinion.

No worries pepper, while I will continue to self promoter, especially about my graphic novel class, ill stop with the begging, the begining wasn't meant to be serious, but I can see how that would be annoying. So no offense taken :)
