actually, Johns said that Hal Jordan is still very much a part of "Green Lantern" the series. his relationship to the lanterns, the ccorps, the guardians *rat bastards* and Sinestro will still be explored

After war of the green lanterns he was supposed to be stripped of his ring and title. Is he still without his ring or is it back to the status quo?

he still has no ring. but it is still gonna explore his relationship to Carol, the corps(es), the other green lanterns in earth, the guardians, and Sinestro as well.
