They recently released a series of hardcovers for Morrison's run, actually. And now, they're putting them out in softcover. I recommend those over the older trades.

Then again...I don't know, because the older trades have issues not collected in the newer ones. Issues such as the fill-ins by Mark Millar and a short run with Waid. The former is generally missable but Waid's is top notch.
